Our beauty routines are important to us, but it’s easy to feel overwhelmed by the sheer amount of new beauty products out there. So, we thought we’d make it easier to navigate.Welcome to our monthly series, which sees the GLAMOUR beauty team shine a spotlight on their favourite innovations. From freshly-launched fragrances, high-tech skincare and smoothing body care to trending hair care and makeup, these are the products that are poised to reach cult status on our editors’ bathroom shelves.
It’s safe to say that April 2025 has seen no shortage of game-changing beauty drops. Here’s what impressed the GLAMOUR beauty team the most…
For fans of the cult super cream it’s been a long wait for this SPF, and it doesn’t disappoint. The lightweight cream smooths on and blends into skin easily giving a nice glowy sheen, plus it contains the all-important SPF 50 protection. Like all Bader products, it contains the TFC8 blend that works to hydrate skin, target pigmentation and skin ageing, so it’s a hardworking multi-tasker. Yes there are more wallet-friendly SPF alternatives out there, but for Bader lovers this new addition is the perfect finisher to your skincare routine.
It was love at first spritz! This is my favourite kind of Summer scent: warm and intoxicating, it calls you to lean in and draw a deep intake of breath. It’s the scent of a voluptuous white gardenia or jasmine flower floating on a balmy evening breeze, with the smell of coconut sunscreen lingering on skin, as the sun dips and day slides into the golden hour of evening. One of my favourite holiday moments, so I’m happy to live here all Summer long! Tempted to try it? You can find the Un Été Français parfum at Celine stores and the Été Celine pop-up in Selfridges London’s Corner Shop from the 17th April to 16th May.
As the sunshine season arrives and I look to lighten up my base I’ve been testing and loving this tinted moisturiser from Clarins. It hydrates and adds a glow to skin with sheer coverage that’s just enough to blend and blur for a dewy even skin tone, making it a summer staple.
This luxe spa and self-care brand hailing from The Bothy Spa at Heckfield Place (my favourite UK spa) is a joyous brand to give, receive or keep all to yourself! The brand also deserves kudos for their latest sustainability move, which sees hero products such as the skin-nourishing Ceramide Lipid Repair Balm and Active Repair Copper Peptide Cream repackaged into Vivomer biodegradable packaging. That gets a thunder clap – and repurchase – from me.
I travel a lot for work but anyone who knows me will tell you that I’m obsessed with travelling light. That’s why I love this double-ended makeup stick from Trinny London.
On one end is a creamy matte shade that multi-tasks as a lipstick, cream blush and eyeshadow. On the other a sheer, glossy wash that doubles up as a highlighter or a tinted lip balm.
I’ve been wearing Venice, a soft dusky matte rose shade coupled with a golden pink glow, which has replaced my bronzer for mimicking that “just caught a few rays at the weekend” vibe. There’s also New York – a deeper brown and rose gold glow – and Mustique, which pairs bright petal pink with a medium bronze colour.
I love how versatile the sticks are and how you can smoosh the colours into your skin with your fingers sans mirror on a train or in the back of a taxi and still get an even finish!
